This is my favorite techique for using up scraps

I lightly glue scraps of all kinds to cardstock, material, cardboard. Then taking white glue that is 50/50 water I apply tissue over the top. I let this dry over night then I cut it into 4.25 by 5.5 inch pieces. Next I add some paint or ink to add depth to the texture. On the back I stamp "POSTCARD" and put a line down the middle. They are ready to get signed addressed and mailed.
