I make and use quite a variety of medias but most of my art projects have been created using objects that are found, recycled or bought at thrift shops.
To read the devotional I wrote based on the Song of Solomon visit my Blog God Delights in You. The link is below and is titled
"Here Comes The Groom". The best way to read it is to go to the first day which began on 1-1-11. There is a message for each verse in the Song of Songs. Enjoy and please feel free to leave comments and let me know what you think.

Rejected to Accepted
Rejected to Accepted is an inspirational novel about Shelby Elizabeth Smith. This book takes the reader on her adventurous journey from rejection to acceptance. The seeds of rejection were planted at conception, her life begins in turmoil and continues right through into her teen years. Her life is anything but “normal” as she meets up with rejection and shame over and over again, the rejection continues to grow and entangle every part of her existence. As she struggles through the tough lessons of life she slowly learns how to get rid of the pain, how to find comfort, restoration and healing from all brokenness, fear and rejection.
This book will appeal to anyone who has ever dealt with pain and rejection, which is pretty much all of us. It offers real-to-life situations that many have experienced and can relate to. Some people have not learned how to get past those painful events, they allow the past hurt to control their present and future. In this book Shelby goes through some very painful situations emotionally, phycially and spiritually, but she figures out how to learn from those experiences and become a better person inspite of them. When a person reads the story and learns how Shelby did it my hope is that it will encourage them to get unstuck and come to a place where they can abundantly enjoy every day of their lives.
